Products & Shipping

1. What if I don't see my country in the shipping region at checkout? (Parts of Europe, Asia, Islands/Oceana, and the Middle East.)
Most shipping rates are already prepared based on popularity and where our customers purchase from. However, if your region is not labeled, please contact me at [email protected] to have that set up within 12 hours! Please note that due to global events, some countries are unavailable to be shipped to for the time being; please visit Printful's Shipping Carrier page for more information. 

2. I like a design, but I don't see it on a product I want to purchase; can I request to put it on a different item?
In most cases, yes. If it is a more popular item such as mugs, hoodies, etc. I will add that design for purchase and leave it open to everyone else. If it's a less popular item like a scarf or an item that even isn't available in my store, I will most likely decline that request.
If you wish to order your own design, please order a commission from me instead (this will include commercial fees if you want to sell that design.)

3. I need to make a return/cancel my order, how do I do that?
Let me know immediately at  [email protected] so I can get that turned around for you. Please note that if your order is before printing, you will get a full refund of your order. However, if that order is in the printing stage or the shipping stage; it will take longer to get that refunded to you since the order had completely gone through at that point. To prevent any refunds or confusion, be sure to check the order and check your shipping address.


4. I still want my order, but I put in the wrong address, what can I do?
Let me know immediately at  [email protected] as I can change your shipping address before it is processed in the warehouse. However, if the shipping address needs to be changed after/during the fulfillment process I will be unable to do so and you must contact Prinful directly.


5. I got a notice that the package is being 'returned to sender,' what happened?
This usually happens whenever a package has an 'undeliverable address.' This can also happen whenever a customer returns an order or was unclaimed at customs. Be sure to double-check your address before submitting through the checkout. 


6. My order got lost in the mail, do I need to order again?
No need! But first, make sure that you have submitted a claim of a lost package to your local post office within 30 days past the expected delivery date (we suggest 1 1/2 weeks). After contacting your local post office and providing some proof of an attempt to relocate your package, Printful and I will reprint and send your order again free of charge! Just re-confirm your shipping address and we will get your order to you as soon as we can!


7. The tracking number claims that my order was delivered but I don't have my package, what happened?
Be sure to contact that carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc) and ask about any possible locations where that package could be. Unfortunately, I cannot help you past that point other than to make a new order. I will request that you pay for shipping and I will cover the rest of your order, contact me [email protected] for the process.

8. The shipping rate changed from the last time I saved the cart, what happened?
During the pre-holiday/holiday season, all items will be increased in price to compensate for the labor costs during such busy times. Don't worry, you won't spend more than a $1 USD increase for each product! This range occurs from Oct 3rd - Jan 22nd and after prices will be back down again!

9. Where is my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be sent by Prinful after your order has been fulfilled, this tracking number will be within an email sent to you. Be sure to check junk folders or any other possible places where that email could've gone. The tracking number may not work within the first 24 hours as it must be connected to your local carriers. If you do not get any movement within 36 hours, please contact Prinful directly.


Payment & Invoicing

1. What payment methods do you take?
We take a bunch of different payments! These include but in the future may not be limited to: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Klarna, Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and China UnionPay. If your payment method isn't listed, please contact me directly at  [email protected] so I can assist you! 

2. How does my money get split between The Anubis Emporium and Printful?
Most of the payment goes directly to Printful, as though they manage, send, print, and deal with your order much more than I do. I never touch your product as though they are direct to consumer and print-on-demand. This is roughly an 80-20 split between Printful's pay and mine. I only want to be paid for the time it took for the design, not the whole product itself. 

3. How quickly does my order go through?
Your payment gets processed immediately and I will do a manual order check to ensure your order is ready to go through. All orders are handled manually, once the payment from here goes to Printful. This process normally takes 1-5 hours based on which payment method is used. 


Product Care & Handling

1. Since it is direct-to-garment printing, how do I ensure the design will stay on?
DTG products can be machine-washed with cold water, inside-out, and with similar colors. Air dry is fine but tumble dry with cold air is okay to use.  If needed, non-chlorine bleach is a great option for any tough stains. Finally, with any items that need ironing, iron them inside out on a colder setting, never iron on the print! Avoid fabric softeners and dry-cleaning!

2. How do I wash items that have embroidery?
Embroidered products can be machine-washed with cold water, inside-out, and with similar colors. Air dry is fine but tumble dry with cold air is okay to use.  If needed, non-chlorine bleach is a great option for any tough stains. Finally, with any items that need ironing, iron them inside out on a colder setting, never iron on the embroidery!

3. How do I wash my mugs?
The mugs are both microwave and dishwasher safe, however, the designs will last much longer if you hand-wash them under warm water. They are prone to be scratched so be careful with them if you can.

Extra Questions 

1. Are your products vegan and/or eco-friendly and where can I find out more about where these products come from?
They sure are! All products are animal-free and some suppliers even have certifications for their products. As for eco-friendly you are already supplying to the environment by being part of our Print-On-Demand process. You're also eliminating waste and CO2 emissions by simply purchasing from my website! 3. Why did you make this brand?
In all honesty, this was a fun little joke project but over time I got a bunch of support to keep going with it. So I did, in the end here we are! This brand evolved not within itself, but with me too. This website was once something I thought I loved, changed it, loved it, and changed it again until I got this result. I am happy with where I am; to share my art with the world and maybe make someone else happy is the best thing I could ask for. I didn't make it, we all did.


4. Do you do partnerships/affiliations with other brands?
No. The Anubis Emporium is far too small to be paired up with someone else. I do not want to be controlled by someone with greater power than me when I am hardly starting out a stable business. This may change in the future, but for now, it doesn't mean I don't want any support or ideas to go around!
